Mentoring program

- Applications to interview for the program will be open to limited numbers of students or physios interested in working at our clinic.
- This program helps both you and the team assess if we’re a good fit – key for success and job satisfaction. It also gives you the confidence to treat clients upon graduation

The program includes:

- Multiple sessions of observation
- Access to online learning
- Team training (when your schedule allows)
- Use of Pilates equipment outside class time for your own practice

Graduates or early career therapists will be eligible for our full graduate mentoring, which includes:

- 3-5 hours of paid training per week for the first 3 months, 2 hours per week for the first year
- Theory and practical training
- Additional 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions minimum twice per week. Support with challenges cases.
- Pilates training and mentoring
