HICAPS facilities are available onsite to claim from your Private Health Insurer. 

Medicare – If you have General Practitioner Chronic Condition Management Plan (GCCGMP). This is a specific program for people who have a chronic and complex medical condition. It provides a rebate of $61.8 for up to 5 sessions total per calendar year for allied health services such as Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Podiatry and more. Your GP can tell you if you are eligible for the plan.

• • You may be eligible bulk billing if you are a concession holder and you are seeing our physios for a simple, non-complex issue.
  • You may eligible for reimbursement  if you are not a concession holder or if you hold concession, but are seeing our physios for a complex issue. 

Workcover – Once your claim has been approved and your employer excess has been paid, we can bill directly to your insurer.

TAC –  Once your claim has been approved, we can bill directly to TAC.
