As many of you will be setting up your desk at home for the next few weeks, we have put together a short video that runs through some exercises to help with work related neck stiffness. Join Elise in these three exercises that we recommend completing every few hours. We also suggest setting up a working space that would replicate an ideal set up in the office:
- Eyes in line with top of screen
- Desk at arm rest height so elbows are at 90 degrees
- Hips no less than 90 degrees of flexion
- Feet flat on the floor or against a footrest
- Connect a separate keyboard and mouse if using a laptop
If you have any questions or want a more specific home exercise program, get in touch and we can put something together for you!
